About Us Kendriya Karamchari Society, Redefining New Horizon!!!

The Society was registered in the year 1975 under the U.P. Cooperative Societies Act. The basic purpose of the Society was to provide land to its members to build their own houses and therefore, the society purchased land form the farmers of Challera village, falling in Noida by money collected from the members. It is notable that the entire area was notified for the planned development of Noida by the then U.P. Government and 292 Bigha land of the society was also acquired. Subsequently, Noida Authority, in accordance with the then policy about such acquisitions form societies, agreed to allot residential plot to 1754 member of the society in the year 1994 as per the list of member duly verified by then assistant Registrar cooperative. Thereafter, Noida authority issued allotment letters in the year 1995 for residential plots to 1754 member of the society in sector 43 & 42 Noida @ 1200/- per sq. meter.
